Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Huge pack of us running today which is always nice. Looking forward to tomorrow I'm just interested to see how I do. I know I don't have close to as many miles under my legs as the rest of the girls but I have been working so hard cross training. Don't have any expectations for myself just want to go and finish. I know the time won't be at all close to what I ran last year as that race last year was probably when I was in the best shape of my life. If I can break 20 I will be very happy. If not I wont be too disapointed, just will be back in the pool and bike continuing to put in work. Again my leg just isn't feeling very good at the moment. I hope I will be able to take a day off completely on Sunday (cross training included) because I have only had one day completely off in almost a whole month, I think mentally I just need a pause. All in all, excited and curious for tomorrows outcome.
