Comments:
woke up at the ungodly hour of 6:40 to run with Anthony and Rhianna. It was just as well, because this is kind of a busy day trying to get stuff for packing. Anthony led us on a very meandering loop through quiet streets. It passed by really quickly thanks to the good company. I felt kinda tired in the last mile alone but other than that it all felt pretty good. Really glad I got the chance to see Anthony and say goodbye. Mark actually ran by as we were saying goodbyes.

it was fun to get home and find that a) there were blueberry pancakes and b) I had run 7 miles before Ana and my dad had already woken up. I managed to hit my 35 mile goal for the week without too much trouble but I think next week I'm not going to be so precise. I'll just do a bunch of quality runs and end up wherever I end up.

strenght was crazy planks and clams. arch loosened up during run, hurt a lot after, and then loosened up again.
