I moved slowly into my first real strength training session. I started with the treadmill then moved to the following exercises.
Got these moves from dad (total reps listed):
Front Lunges - 10 each leg
Rear Lunges - 10 each leg
Rower (on floor flat, raise into full sit-up) - 10
Squat Bender - 10
Windmill - 10
Push-up - 20 (2 sets of 10)
Sit-up/Crunch - 25 (2 sets to make 25 total)
