Comments:
Thought this workout was a lot easier than the last time we did it probably because of how long the rest was. I walked down the hill on the rests because going downhills really doesn't feel good on my leg. Lizzy Grace and I did every rep together and were communicating about how we felt so that we could train as a pack and stick together. Aerobically, I felt stronger as the workout went on, I felt my best on the last 3, however, the last three is when I started to notice a shift in how my leg was feeling. Overall really pleased, I love hill workouts more than any other workouts, so I'm happy I didnt have to sit this one out. Our reps were pretty consistent, starting at around 2:06 and ending around 2:00
