Don't Eat at Brody Before a Workout

Lucas, Wes, and I did a late night workout over in South neighborhood. We ran a warmup, 20 min threshold, a timed mile, and a cooldown. I felt like shit, from eating shit at Brody's cafeteria earlier. Wes and Lucas broke away on the threshold by about 20 seconds. I tanked in the last quarter mile of the mile, because I was cramping and had to poop. Overall not super successful, but hoping to make a workout comeback sometime this week.
