Cant even make a name for this because it was just like all around. I had to get to work so I ran 5 miles while the girls lifted. I ran around Stewart park and then to Gimmie. Aerobically I felt uh-mazing, like I was going on a 5 minute run. My miles were all around 7:45 but I was feeling so good so I didn't slow down. Then met up with the girls and ran 2 miles out with them up Giles and then I turned around and sped up on the way back. The past two 10 miles runs I have just felt really good fitness wise. Maybe this is due to the fact that I always take a cross train day before a long run. My leg felt the worst it has felt since last cross season, it was the same type of pain that I remember. Work did not help it. They asked me to stay an extra 4 hours so I had to miss yoga which was probably a good thing coz that would have just been more unneeded strain on it. Didn;t hit 300 miles but I knew that I wouldn't be close, the effort level was there though. If you factor in the miles that I biked and the hours spent in the pool maybe that makes up for it...(; (if your reading this B).
