Comments:
workout with sylvester. thankfully not hungover at all, but a little tired from not getting much sleep. 2 mile warmup then 8x400 in lane 8 with 30 seconds and the stagger as a recovery. started at like 88's and worked down to 82's for the last couple. felt pretty comfortable. 5x200 in 27.5, 30.4, 30.0, 29.2, 27.1 felt pretty good, but kinda upset that i couldn't go a little faster on the last one. not too worried though, it's september.
