At work they asked me to stay again so I worked for 8.5 hour today. Being in my feet for that long really aches my legs. They are not feeling good right now at all. Ever since the beginning of the 10 mile run they just haven't been too hot. I've been icing, rolling stretching and doing anything I can to try and get pain out of my legs for the workout tomorrow. Trying not to think about it because I want to be able to do the full thing tomorrow, I hate not being able to put 100 in and seeing the other girls work so hard. Another busy work day tomorrow.
