**Awesome run!!!!!! Had plenty of energy, legs were super tired but had enough to do a sprintish (not a 5mm but sprinting for 13.8 miles lol) to keep my finish time under 3 hours!! I probably could have done faster but I needed just an awesome run. BTW I would like to do an easy run the day before my long runs from now on. I think it helped a lot by loosening me up.
