Comments:
Legs felt fine at first. Next to golf course left calf felt tight and right ankle thronged. Made it into Indian trails about a quarter mile. On the way back right knee tendon felt about to throb. Very bacon strip run. Very little flat area. Most was either uphill or downhill.
