Exercise Type: Run

Don't really want to jump you up too much on long runs right now.
Looking for a quality 14 miler this weekend where pace is more important than usual when it comes to long runs. Please text me so we can discuss this one b4;)

Ok I want to try and do the first 8 miles as follows:
Run 2 miles very slow
1 min walk
Run 2 miles a bit faster
1 min walk
Run 2 miles at a similar pace as the last or faster
1 min walk
Run 2 miles similar pace or faster..
That will put you a bit over 8 ...
At that point, let's see if you can get into a solid pattern of 5 min run/30 sec.walk.
But really I want you to take the last 6 to experiment, see how you feel and do whatever you think you can. If you don't feel like you need the walks by the end, that is fine to skip them. Lots will depend on weather as usual tho!...Next week there is no long run, so am hoping we can push on this one like you always do!!!
