Whether it's sat. Or Sunday...
Looking for 10 miles....
Hoping we can get some rolling hills in there and get a few faster type hill pickups within the run. So just play around and when you come to a hill see if you can surge up it for 30sec to one minutes at a good clip.
Doesn't have to be a specific amount or set rest in between but 4 to 5 good hill surges would work for me;)

done... 9:30 pace for the first 5 miles... did the surges for the second half..averaged 9:00 min pace
