Weather: Beautiful, but warm at 12:00pm
Comments:
1800 ft. of gain on course. Feel more comfortable in my own headspace -- takeaway: get space. Run my own race and find out how to get there mentally. Strong on downhills. Stairmaster and Backwards on incline treadmill paying off.
