Comments:
Not the workout I had hoped for. My asthma (I'm hesitant to label it yet) really acted up on the second pick up and I ended up changing groups for the third and cutting the workout as a whole short, which I was really disappointed about. I was planning on doing a final pick up on the way back, but was still feeling winded, so I decided not to. It was one of the worst episodes I had ever experienced and was a good reminder for me to start using my inhaler. Overall however it made me realize how much I love running (even workouts) and how much I hate not being able to finish things.
