Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The tempo part felt very easy and controlled but the two hard ones I found quite difficult. We were all able to pack it up for the first hard 800. The second 800 I was focusing in trying to stay with Lizzy. She pulled away through the last 200, but I was really happy with the effort I put in. Definitely felt like I could keep on knocking those tempos out afterwards though. Trying something new where in my shoe under my insole I have cut up an old shoes insole so that underneath my heel there is an extra layer of sole to stop the amount my heel will drop just to protect my achillies while getting back into running. Tried to take an ice bath but at home after but it wasn't as cold as I would have liked it to be because I used most of the ice last night for another ice bath. Quad=....eh
