so here's the story...I felt like a truck hit me Monday and Tuesday felt ok but couldn't get up in the morning to run. Wed got stuck at work...so this morning since I didn't have the speed work out yet I went out thinking I would do 2 or 3 then tonight do speed...I literally got your message at mile 2, so I started speed work there (those splits will be in that other section). The first half mile I did today was kind of a warm up/starting break in on new shoes.
