Weather: Everything felt so much steeper than usual
Comments:
Kim did a really good job of taping my feet and she told me I could run as long as I didn't feel any pain. I can't actually feel my blisters when I'm running, so I stopped in Cass Park to take off my shoes and make sure the blisters weren't bleeding. They weren't and when I got back they were fine so I added on around Boynton. I got back and did hurdles, short abs, and stretching.
