Comments:
Ran the first set and the start of the 2nd, then starting having so IT issues so dropped out. Ran the first two 1200's at 4:20ish, then started slow because of the soreness to a 2:58 800 and a 4:34 1200. Stretched, rolled, and iced it during the last two intervals
