Hoping we can get this one in Monday since you haven't ran since Friday, but Tuesday would suffice..
Jog 2 min easy
Run 3 min fast (shooting for somewhere in 10 pace, nothing crazy bc there is no walking in between;)
Let's do 5 sets of this for 25 min and then add one mile easy at your own pace;)
Let's do this whole set 4 times for a total of 28 minutes..
Because you have a one min walk at the end of each set, don't be afraid to push the 3 hard as long as the first 3 are easy!
