Comments:
Went for a really nice aqua jog with the semi injured squad (Ana, Maddi, Isabel, Grace, Eliza, and Jackson). Went for 35 minutes and I did a sort of workout because Anthony said if I felt good I could do something else harder today. It was kinda hard to focus on timing though while staying afloat, so I just did 2 sets of 4*30 seconds hard, 30 seconds easy kind of in the middle of the aqua jog. It was kind of crazy there because the entire Sidwell xc team and like 15 Wilson kids were there aqua jogging too, and we were all in one lane! It was nice though to see the running family outside of GDS, but a bit weird too because we were all chatting there and then we got back to school and there were a lot of Sidwell people screaming on the field for the soccer game. Kind of cool to see how we act as a team towards other schools though because I don't know if soccer would chat with an opposing team the way we do! Anyway, it was a good workout and nice to catch up with everyone who went! Did some strength in PE and Dance today.
