Overall I thought this workout was fairly easy. As soon as it started it was already over. I definitely think it would have been a lot tougher if it was just 600s. The tempo 1200 kind of just slowed things down and allowed you to catch your breath. Don't know how many 600s I could of done because for some reason my legs felt super heavy even after the first one. Happy with this workout though because I felt good. Had a coughing episode after, if the cough doesn't clear up by Monday I might go see a doctor, but I think its getting better.
