Lighthouse and thoughts for McQuaid

Comments:
Easy single extended lighthouse. Achilles is feeling pretty ok, never hurting during the run, just a little sore.

I really like to pick the brains of the guys, asking them about their plans for McQuaid. I find it both helpful and interesting to hear peoples plans for races. I have been thinking about strategies for McQuaid since Pre-states. I settled on the strategy of going out with Jeremy and Scott, in a pack just behind Devin. I think we will be going out really quick based upon Pre-states, around 5:20 to 5:25. From there its all about mental toughness and staying with the pack, using each other to stay competitive.

I will ice for 10 minutes tonight instead of the usual 15.
