saturday morning workout

Comments:
for those who arent at Paul Short. (those who were killed it though!!!!!!!) We did mile, 2k, 1200 all at like some kind of tempo. I was with a slower group so I was alone for the first two. Felt good the whole time but that's kind of the point, its not supposed to be that hard of a workout. 1600 was 7:33, 2k was i think like 9:30ish and the 1200 was around 5:13. I enjoyed this workout and enjoyed the waffles afterwards even more.
