Comments:
well I got lost again. Next week I'm really going to listen to the directions carefully. I intended to do a 9 mile loop but we missed the turnoff and it became what was supposed to be 11 but was actually a bit shorter. this was my longest run ever, first time over 10 miles, and my longest week of running ever. I'm going to scale it back this coming week to not be tired to race on a really flat course this weekend.
