Comments:
This is more about effort than anything. Especially with race coming up.
Warm up easy .5 miles
Run 6 min moderate pace (maybe somewhere in high 9's or low 10's as far as pace)
Jog 3 min easy
Run 5 min moderate
Jog 2.5 min easy..
.....
Do this all the way down to 1 min. With each jog/recovery period to be half the time Of the moderate piece
The fartlik alone will be about 32 min.
