Half a Squirrel

Anthony advised me to do a mix of cross training and running today, so I went on a family Rosh Hashanah walk and then ran on my own after. The first ten minutes of my run, my calves were extremely painful because I didn't really warm up, so I stopped to stretch/walk a lot. It didn't really help much, but I just loosened up somewhat after a bit. I decided to run up to my neighborhood because I really miss it (though we finally got permits today!!!). I was hoping to see neighbors, but nobody was out except this really jerky 7th grade boy and his mom who I was forced to talk to. Then I ran back, but it ended up being a good bit longer than it was supposed to be (sorry Anthony) but the first ten minutes had a lot of breaks. Pretty uneventful on the way back except that I saw a squirrel tail without the squirrel.
Strength: Pushups (2*10), Dead Bugs (2*80), SLL (10 per position, rotating positions), Silly walks
