Comments:
Aquajogged and swam with the squad (Isabel, Grace, Jackson, and Paula this week!) Mostly aqua jogged because swimming is SO hard and I tried, but I did eight minutes of it with a 20ish second break every lap, and just couldn't breathe, so I stopped. I want to improve though, and unfortunately something tells me I'll probably have a lot of time to do so this winter :( My shins were hurting a lot just walking around today, and even a bit in the pool (which I didn't know was possible). I'm hoping they're just sore, and I'll be fine to race Saturday, but it's so demoralizing when I finally am really in a mood to run to have it hurt. Thankful that I'm not cross training alone though <3
