**i survived the treadmill! You were right about intervals helping but still boring as hell
This can be done Friday or sat. We will see what hurricane brings us, but if possible,
Would like you to get some intervals either outside or on a treadmill. Doing intervals on a treadmill will be less boring than straight running.

After a mile warm up,
Run 3 min at a 3% incline and at least 6.0mph
Jog 3 min easy at 0% incline at whatever speed you need to recover

Do that 6 min set 4 times...

Take a min or two walk break if need be, then

Run 90 sec. at 2% incline at 6.2 mph or faster
Jog easy 90 seconds at 0% incline at whatever speed you need to recover

Do that 3 min. Set 4 times for a total of 12 min.

Cool down 1 to 2 miles easy pace
