Biked and watched JTV so I can remember what happens because the third season comes out in 8 days!!!!! I'm way too excited. Lost track of time, and it was suddenly after 6:00 and dinner was soon, so I jumped on the bike, but didn't have much time. I did a higher level resistance than normal to make up for it though. My ankles are sore from rolling them in the mud yesterday.
Strength: Superpeople (25), Pushups (2*10), SLL (10 per position, rotating positions)
