Comments:
**warmed up around 2.5-3mi then felt awesome..ran straight through other than waiting for lights at intersections.***
Easy 5 miles but let's pick up the pace for the last .1 of each mile.
So at .9 to 1.0, increase speed and then go back to regular pace.
Do the same at 1.9, 2.9 and so on
I know it seems silly but these pickups touch on a lot of asocts so important to get them in!!
