Comments:
Every monday, I get out of BUS 250 at 5:00, so I missed the club again. I ran 7 miles on my own at a more conservative pace, but not super slow. My legs were tired from the long run and race, but I still ran pretty well. I felt good and look forward to the hellish Michigan workout tomorrow.
