Comments:
2 sets of Dave's Monday night circuits from Brum. 12 exercises on each set - 30 seconds on/off.
Press ups, sit ups, lunges, plank, triceps dips, leg raises, alt squat thrusts, burpees, raised leg press ups, flutter kicks, half squats, double leg shifts.
Felt ok. Just doing circuits at the moment for general conditioning. Plan is to build up the volume of each exercise week by week then start doing more specific weights stuff.
Also did 3 x 25 x bent & straight calf raises on flat (bodyweight).
