Comments:
I honestly had the best cross country workout of my life today. I hit all the splits amazingly and was able to keep up with Paul, BJ, and Lucas. I even fought BJ all throughout the final 800. They were all mad that I hadn't did what I did at today's workout at a race, but this workout gives me alot of confidence for the final 3 races of the cross country season. Overall, I'm beyond satisfied with this workout.
