Comments:
It felt great coming home knowing that I ran over a half marathon. This workout was brutal but I'm really happy with how it went. Zoe and I actually worked really well together for this workout which was good. Stretching was very painful, when we got back, cause I was so sore. Glad we have tomorrow off! I wish I hadn't worn my New Balance's cause my feet were really hurting.
