Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran with Emily and Hannah by some corn fields. long run was not long at all. it was really beautiful and relaxed and I enjoyed talking to them both. sad I have no more xc races left. I am going to do a time trial on the track in a week and a half. My hope is to run fast enough to make track. I talked to Pete about it and he said I would probably have to run sub 2:30 for the 800 or 5:25 for the 1600. I don't know what to do because I'm a lot closer to the 8 (2:35) than the 1600 (5:51) but I also am not in 800 shape at all. I've done basically no speed work. So I don't know what to choose. 5:25 seems extremely unlikely though I do think I'm faster than last spring.
