Comments:
Felt HORRIBLE :( My back and feet were killing me. I did rhythm 200's instead on 200's on the 70 and they were soooo difficult. I was ranting about my back to Nisha while we were stretching and I started crying. It is so frustrating. It is SOOOO much better then it was during track but I have just lost all patience and I am so sick of constant pain. :(
