Easy run with hill pickups

Looking for an easy 5, but if you can find a hill that you can go up for about 30 seconds, would love for you to push up hard and fast for 30 sec. with 90 seconds recovery.. you can do this within the run or just finish the 5 and do it after ... your call!...
Obviously this is one of the last couple runs we are able to push a bit with marathon next week;)
