Comments:
tempo again today. 4 miles. almost a minute slower than last week, but was kinda feeling shitty all day. also took like 6 dumps before and during practice, which didn't help much. felt good about a mile in so picked it up and caught drew's group but then got dropped right after the turnaround and ended up getting passed by bobby and john who i was running with to begin. probably could've pushed a little harder the last mile or so but decided to coast in a bit to try and keep myself feeling ok for saturday. 3x300 at the track after, felt okay, form getting better.
