The workout was 2x1000 tempos with a 2 minutes rest in between then 9x200 on 70 second cycle. I can't remember times cause I didn't save them but I think the tempos were like 4:33-34 and the 200's ranged from 42-44. I felt really tired from the start, the workout was much harder for me then last year. I was really struggling to keep up on the last few 200s. Everyone else did 10 but I only did 9 because I really didn't think I could possibly do another. The cooldown was super short because we had like 10 minutes until school started. I brought spikes with me but I decided not to wear them because of my feet. They have been sooo much better since taking some time off and changing shoes but still I want to be careful and not make them any worse again.
