Comments:
Essentially this is your last big push and effort until the race. You will have plenty of time to recover so don't be afraid to take some chances but at the same time want you to be able to finish all 6 at a steady clip!
Looking for a 6 mile steady tempo run.
Try to latch on to a pace that you are pushing but is not super uncomfortable.
This isn't a progression, so really just looking for 6 miles at a steady pace that is faster than easy pace.
I'm thinking mid to high 10's if weather and terrain permit.
Faster than marathon pace but not like 5k pace!!!
