I can Run!

Exercise Type: Run

Ben was going faster today so I was going to let him go but decided I would try it out. I think it was about 6:45 pace for the first and last mile with a jogging break in between. Felt easier to run fast on my calf, but man that is a lot harder than 8:00 pace. Think I will do things faster from now on, maybe not as much mileage.
