his is based on time so really you don't even have to look at the milage until it's over. Just want you keeping an eyes on the clock and going by effort
Run 5 min easy pace
Walk 1 min
Run 5 min faster hard effort
Walk 2 min
Repeat that once.
Run 3 min easy
Walk 1 min
Run 3 min hard and fast
Walk 1 min
Repeat thAt set once
So the total run time will be about 45 min
