Comments:
We met at 6:45 so that we wouldn't be late to school. The workout was 2x800, 2x400, 2x200 in Africa. I don't remeber the times so I just copied Amy's which were basically the same as mine. I really like this workout but Zoe always cuts me off which is really annoying in speed workouts like this. I wore spikes today and it was fine! The banquet was nice but I cried a lot.
