3X 15 Bent Over Lateral Raise 12lb, 25 Overhead Press 45 lb, 12 Triceps Pushdown 20lb, 15 Chest Plate Raise 15lb

Worked out with Jason Thai. Hopefully this will get better, and make me better. IronFit Jason, what an experience and honor it is. Also, seriously inadequate. But I will improve, this is after all the first time I've taken weight-lifting seriously. Need to find a better way to log this...
