Weather: cold

Comments:
Full distance team run, meandering in alleys and circling, then went to Fort Reno. Did 2 long and 2 short hills with Ana-Sophia, Jenna, and India. Ran straight back to school and extended around the block with Ana, Ellie, and India. Hills made me realize how out of shape I was.
Strength was: superpeople(25), clams (20 each side), pushups w incline and with reverse incline, and crunches.
