ran with katie at 3, which was nice because that meant it was light out the entire time. I was still feeling lunch in my stomach so we took it easy. I also kept it shorter today because I'm worried I'm doing too much for a first week back. I'll take tomorrow off and then run on Sunday. enjoyed talking to katie
