Comments:
met track club for long run at 10. 43-Scott Hill-7. unfortunately only one other girl showed up, Eliza, who is way faster than me and wanted to do more than me, so I ended up on my own. I ran with the boys and Eliza for the first mile but then decided that it just wasn't worth pushing it and fell back. I felt pretty crappy the whole time, especially up the hill. Sounds like everyone felt bad though. I ran more than I probably should have this week. Feeling a little sore now
