Comments:
*Top of foot pain started mile 4ish...limping at mile 6. stopped my watch and walked almost another mile until I could get ahold of my husband to pick me up

Seeing if we can get 8 in today.
If after the first few miles you feel ok, let's make the 2nd half a bit faster and harder effort. Anywhere in low to mid 11's would be awesome;)
