Exercise Type: Run

Ok you are really going to have to watch the GPS for this one.

I am looking for 5x 600m faster type intervals where you are running steady for 400m and then really trying to pick it up a notch for the last 200m.

So on the watch, run .25 miles fast and then as soon as you hit .25 , pick it up even more to .37 miles(which is 600m)

Take a complete full rest for 2 min.

Then do 4 more 600's in this manner. Each with 2 rest in between.

Let's finish run with a 2 mile very easy cooldown at your own pace..
Since you are not running again till races this is an important workout to get in;)
