Tempo

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
20min run then a 20min tempo and 4x150m strides. The tempo was supposed to be easy and we could break it up into chunks if we needed to. My tempo was anything but easy. It was my fault though because at first I was planning on going with Amy but when we started I just went with Lizzy and Zoe, and I didn't have a watch so I didn't want to drop back. I knew it was probably not the best idea, but I also knew that I could do it, so I did. Our first mile was 6:45, and it was pretty hard so we decided to stop at 10 minutes, but when we got there we didn't want to stop so we did the full 20. We slowed down to 6:59 pace for the next mile. I was dying but I felt very accomplished once we finished. Lifting was intense and I know I'll be sore tomorrow.
